BoogieBet Casino - Unable to login, no response from support

Hi. I am new at boogie.bet. I have an account from like 5 days. They have got promo for new players for 10 euro. I have won some cash and at some point I couldn't login into my account. After 3 times of wrong password typing my account was suspended. I was very surprised because I have never typed the wrong password three times in a row. So I decided to reset my password as they prefer it in the support/faq section. When I was typing an old password and new password there was info that wrong password. I sent a couple of emails and no response from 4 days. Thank you for help.

The complaint has been reopened as per submitter's request and AskGamblers Complaints Team would like to give it one more chance hoping that both parties will reach to a satisfactory resolution of the issue.
