Casino Evolution - Stalling 20BTC withdrawal, no information and help from the support

I am a new player in this casino . The casino states that it has fast deposits/withdrawals and no documents needed for neither one of them .

Deposited 1.5 bitcoins first time (without bonus) and than I withdrawal when it was 2 ( after going down from like 3) everything was fine and I got the withdrawal within a couple of hours

Then I deposited a 10 bitcoins in total and managed to go all the way up to 55. I have only played live blackjack (no bonus and no other games)

I sent the support several massages about my withdrawal ( Wich was maximum 20 bitcoin per withdrawal) but no answers there .

Managed how ever to lose the other 35 ( not their fault)

And now I just want my 20
Bitcoins . I called the evolution gaming office here In Sweden but they say they are neither the owner or have anything to do with casino evolution .

I have a video recording of my account balance , deposites, bet history .

I am waiting patiently now .... But how come that evolution gaming says they don't have anything with this casino to do?

Overall I think it's a nice casino but I have to wait and see, so far I am unhappy about their service

* contacted evolution gaming in Malta threw mail asking if they were the owner and indeed this time the support from there answered "yes " . But once explained about this dispute he sais "we only provide them our softwares"
Earlier threw phone they totally dinied having anything with them to do

* contacted the license provider " coracao egaming" but they said that this casino has a licens from the antallies n.v so I have sent them a mail 2 days ago and waiting from reapons

*at the casino it self I have recalled my withdrawal of 20 bitcoins and tried with 1.5
, have waited over 40 hours and nothing

* I am reconsidering to hier a lower and sue them, starting with evolution gaming since I actually believe they are the owners now. I have lost a lot of time and money since I do trading with these bitcoins

You have not got any respond ?.....

Again I recalled the withdrawal of 1.5 coins and just made a new request of all 20. In hope to get their attention......

Contacted their licens provider softswiss today threw mail, waiting for respond .

CEO of softswiss respond " it is not out job or resposibility to deal With this kind of dispute, byt this client is (casino evolution) is a honest guy so I have sent him this request to se what he says"

That was yesterday

Today the casino is down and ceo of softswiss say there is nothing he can do
