Tropicana GoId Casino Give me a view times unrequsted bonus money,i dont ask for it,but i was happy whith it,because then i can discover the casino BEFORE i make a deposit.I loose and a another ytime I WON,complete my wagering requirements See pictures,(i have more),i did a request for withdraw of 150 euro,i won with bonus money,and no response.
I try to call the casino,but all the time i hear the reps are busy whith other customers,i make some picture's,AFTER i googled this casino.
The pictures i post now is NOT all,i have more.
For me its not only about the money,but also about the manner this casino treath people,what are they thinking?
i read something about one person,he contact the licenseholder,they do nothing,but you now,if more and more people come to the licenseholder and the best WITH proof like pictures,i cant believe,the license holder do nothing.
So i hope i get some help.because this is not NORMAL.
I am glad that i dont deposit money yet in this casino,because i gonna threat like this also,like a fool,its happened a view times before in 2013,thats the reason i am carefull to deposit money in a casino,and honest is honest,before this issue i like this casino,until i have to deal whith this shit(ecxuse me for the language,but i am realy tired of this).

If people can make a deposit in a view seconds,but fo a normal communication and a withdraw it takes so many time,and now not responding at all,is that normal?
Why i also angry,is that i scan my PERSONAL and Private documents,and then no respons,what i have to think?

i check the cashier and the only withdraw option there is:ecopayz and the max amount is 100 euro!!.
But i want to withdraw 150 euro!!.
I send documents of my Skrill masterdcard allready.

I dont understand what this casino is doing.

Tropicana gold casino,is a nice casino,the software is nice,the site is nice,BUT the communication is ZERO ZERO ZERO,this is not how a company must deal whith people,its a shame to be honest.
Why it is so diffulcult to answer questions from people?

Honest is honest for a little time the response was normal and i was happy whith it (this have to be like that,but because i am realy tired of this issue,i was happy that finaly the communication was normal).
But now: my last email was on 29 of August,i was ask the team how long its approximately takes for complete the whole payout/pending status.
Until now,no response.
The pending status was last updated 25 august, i see by the cashier .

Until now i send some emails again,but nothing.

Normaly i leave it,but i am busy whith this issue now for more than 1 month!!!!!!!.
For a simple withdraw!!
I send all the documents/my account is verified/my phone number is verified/WHAT IS THE PROBLEM???.

At least i can get some answers ?

I realy dont understand.
I put so much TIME/E­NER­GY/­HEA­DAC­HE/in this situation.

The only thing i want:

Is the withdraw of 150 euro minus transaction fee = 118 euro.
