no reply and no payments of winnings from Always Cool Casino
I made withdrawal request of MAX USD on 28 June 2012 03:50 AM after playing on and wagering the 2805% bonus on deposits of 25 - 250 .
I submitted the requested ID docs and later my neteller account but still have not received the payment of my winnings.
The support system keeps referring me to the original ticket which still remains open with no progress.
They did not reply at all to the ticket,and not reply E-mail at all.

I am hoping that it wont happen to me the Way it happened with tokie. I just recently requested a withdrawal my winnings. I have met their bonus playthrough and faxed them my documentation. I requested the withdrawal Dec. 16, 2012 with ticket #SAP-569-46813. I havent yet receive any Reply on my ticket posting and today is already Dec. 20, 2012. Their terms and agreement states that within 3 days you will receive a Reply that your request is being review but then it has been 4 days and no replybyet. I hope that they show some progress on my request. The amount request is $665 and the it should paid through western union. We”ll see if i will get paid. Thank You..

Just a word of caution here, if you are successful enough to cashout ...say a $1000 or more either once or twice, they will ban you from their casino, because they don't like winners.
