No payout from Silver Oak Casino
I deposited 200 and won 2499. I sent in all required documentation and according to the account history on their site my withdraw was approved. I was sent an email by the lobby manager that my account was certified. A few weeks later I spoke to a customer service rep who said my account was never certified so I emailed the lobby manager who tells me the account was certified but they never withdrew my original deposit from my bank account so my withdraw was denied and my casino account is at zero. How could I have played to begin with if they didn't withdraw funds from my account? They actually didn't. But that's not my fault. They should just deduct it now, right? Why am I being penalized for their mistake?

Please disregard our previous message. It seems like you made a $200 deposit and now you are claiming winnings on that deposit. Unfortunately your $200 was uncollected according to Silver Oaks Fraud and Accounting Department
Once payment of $200 to cover the uncollected credit card deposit has been properly received by Silver Oak casino, then they will be glad to process your winnings.

I still have not heard anything from Silver Oak regarding my withdraw nor have I received payment. The lobby manager was supposed to contact me regarding the status. I will be emailing her today and I hope to receive my payment by the end of the week.

I was under the impression it would be processed no later than this past Tuesday. Did this not happen? Please let me know as soon as it has been processed.
