My withdraw request was approved on April 18 2016 for $2,500. I sent my verification documents in On May 20 they sent me an email that said thank you for the confirmation and it would take 7-`10 days from the approval date to be sent to their processors. On June 16th it was sent to the Escalations department. On June 28th it was sent to the Finance department. On July 9th I emailed [email protected] Thy have not returned my email. I know that US payments take longer but 2 months is to long..

I'm guessing you posted this shortly before receiving your payment. I've checked your account and saw the tracking for your check--it was delivered to you the same day you posted this complaint.

I'm sorry for the delays you've experienced with this, but I'm happy to see you now have your payment. ;-)

I received payment the day after I submitted the complaint. I was paid in full.
