I have requested a withdraw from planet 7 and they told me all the information to send. I sent it all in and they had told me it had been approved. A couple weeks have gone by and so I decided to call them and see what was going on. The guy on the phone told me that it would be here by Friday, September 23 and if not for sure the following week. It is now Wednesday October 5 and I still haven't gotten anything. I've called little times, left voicemails and even emailed and haven't gotten a reply.

This is drewj2788 again I'm just here because I got an email saying to update and i still haven't got anything. My payout being $200.

I'm so very sorry both for the delays you've experienced with this, as well as my slow reply.

The good news is that I've checked on your withdrawal and I do see that not only has the payment already been sent off, but it is set to be delivered, by 10:30, this morning (Thursday).
