no payments of winnings from Always Cool Casino

I made withdrawal request of 380 euro on 26th June after playing on and wagering the 55 free bonus. I submitted the requested ID docs and later my neteller account but still have not received the payment of my winnings. The support system keeps referring me to the original ticket which still remains open with no progress. please help!

Hello thanks for your assistance. AC have now transferred the funds to my account. They got there eventually but it was hard work. I may try them again to see what happens. Wish me luck. Will keep you posted.
