Golden Galaxy Casino - No payment for 16 days

I made withdrawal request for 1800 euros 26/4/15 via Skrill. Payment has not been processed yet. Worst part is that real game mode doesn't work for me so I cannot get to my account anymore. Maybe it is technical problem but it worries me a lot. I have sent them emails, trying to get contact via live chat and phone. No response at all. There is no customer support available anymore. Is that casino dead or what.

No contact from that Casino. Software does not work. I have sent emails to the Elray Gaming (owner of casino) and Playtech. Waiting their response. I´m quite confused because I see one player review which was made thursday 14/5/15. That player was able to play Golden Galaxy Casino and was contact with live chat. Do they treat me like this because I have winnings there to be paid?

I want to re-open my complaint I made in May. My situation hasn´t changed. No money received, no working Playtech software, no access to my account and no response from their support. Curacao gaming authorities said that they have nothing to do with this casino so their licence might be fake. Many casino review sites has blacklisted Golden Galaxy Casino. I quess that this rogue casino still have some kind of action there because their website is open and now I would appreciate if I heard has anyone recently been able to download their software and played there. Or has anyone been contact to their support. For me they do not response at all. I have 1800 euros waiting to be paid. They just stole my money! Blocked my account and doesn´t process withdrawals. It feels like they just disaoppeared with my money! My advise is to stay away from this Casino!
