I made a withdrawal-request at 01.05.2016 of 249€. No paymwnt was processed, I didn`t get answers from support and no response in live-chat.

That is a lie, you never send any document-requests. You know, that I can`t reply to an e-mail, which I never get. You know, you didn`t answer in live-chats. So, I can`t do anything. Why don`t you tell me here, what documents I have to send to which e-mail-address? Because you are a scamer-company, who tries with every trick to delay the withdrawal.
