Casillion Casino - No payment, no answer

Have been waiting about a week for my winnings of €2000 to be processed and sent. Support does not respond to any e-mail, VIP-manager neither, live chat are offline. Looks like everyone's gone. It took two days to get an answer by e-mail saying that the withdrawals should be processed shortly. And the nothing.

Payments and support were very quick earlier - but for a week now nothing happens. What is going on?

The casino immediate payed the winnings just as they use to do. Just a temporary prolonged process.
