I made a withdrawal about 1 month ago. Still to this day, I have no winnings in my bank account. It was supposed to be wired. Not only is it extremely difficult to talk to someone at the casino, I am constantly being referred to someone else. I sent an email to Ally in escalations and never received a return email. I am told at this point that my payment was sent to a third party processor....still no bank wire into my account. Total amount is supposed to be $1750. They also took away all of my free spins and promotions that I used to get. So disappointed with this casino!!

I'm sorry for the delays you've experienced with this.

I've taken a look at your account and I do see that the wire was sent off on 8/12 and I do not see any rejections. I would imagine that your payment should have arrived in your account by now. Can you please check your account and confirm if you've received the payment?

I received my winnings. Love playing but payment on winnings takes way to long. Thank you.
