Silver Oak Casino - No payment in 6 months

This casino owes me $9200 by their own admission.$1700 of that has been owed since March. However they claim I cannot be paid by wire because of some problem with Planet 7 in 2013. I was not aware that there were any problems as i deposited 10s of thousands of dollars in good faith assuming they would make good on any legitimate payout. So they now tell me a check would take 6 months and I need to get a bank card that they will fund. I had to do a complete verification process although they already had all the information. They would tell me they had what was need then come back for more information. Again this was in addition to regular verification info. I still question why they cannot pay me by check or wire transfer but want the money however I can get it. It has now been 33 days since my information was received and accepted but when I call they say they have no "updates".
Also , although I was playing at Silver Oak I have been sent to Planet 7 for payment which makes no sense. I guess Silver Oak does not actually have a payout department.
In addition to all of this they double charged my credit card for $165 which I did not report to credit card company to make their life easier. This money was also never refunded. It seems that there is clearly internet fraud here when funds are accepted and casino has no means to payout, I receive wire transfers and checks from other casinos with no problems. I would like to know if , when, and how they intend to pay me .

Hi Snow--

I'm very sorry for what you've experienced with this.

I'm not in the office today (it's a holiday here in Costa Rica), but I will make it a priority to look into this issue once I return to the office tomorrow (Tuesday).

Hi Snow--

I'm sorry for the delay in coming back to you, but I wanted to get 100% clarification on your issue.

I've spoken with my Finance Manager and I see that we've issued a new payment card to you. You should be receiving this later this week/early next week. Once we have confirmation that the card has arrived, we will issue your first payment (this will take 48 hours to reach you). Given this, you should have your first payment sometime next week.

I will do my best to have all four payments sorted out as quickly as possible--worst case scenario, you'll receive one payment each week until all payments have been issued.

I will keep my eye on things on my end to ensure all goes smoothly and I will also keep this thread updated.

The trans forex card has arrived. However there is no way to withdraw any funds s the only number supplied was 6 digits and us banks use 4 digit pin codes. Just getting more and more frustrated. I want to know when and if I am going to actually receive funds that can be made liquid as I was told I would. Also there should be no problem with any wire transfer as I receive them regularly from other honest casinos.
