Jackpot Capital Casino - No payment in 2 months

I won 7000 on 12/25/15. The casino was really quick in paying out my winnings, However they deposited 5000 back to my debit card and i saw it come into my account on the January 4th. However my bank put a hold on the 5000 and will not release unless I could tell them where the money was coming from, The Casino also send a 2000 bank wire that my bank returned to them. They did put the 2000 back into my casino account and I was able to withdrawal them with a DCC card I had to open. I was emailing and chatting and even called the casino almost on a daily basis. (I have all emails saved). I was asking them to just withdrawal the money back out of my account. They kept telling me to wait. I continued to call my bank and since I could not provide my bank with the information they were requesting, I told them to send the money back to the sender. Which they did on January 27, 2016. Ever since then I have been emailing the casino and they just keep telling me to wait. I even sent them a bank statement and a copy of the chat I had with my bank showing them that the money was taken out of my account. They also requested an ARN number which I got from my bank and provided to them.

Please let me know if you need to see a copy of the chats with my bank any emails exchanged with the casino or a bank statement?

Can someone please help or advise me on what I can do?

I woke up this morning and checked my account and the money was placed into my account. I withdrew the amount hopefully it will be in my card soon.
