No payment from Gold Vip Club Casino for months

I won $1,500 several months ago and adhered to all T&C and completed their fax back form. 67 days have passed and still no wire transfer. They claim they sent it but bank has no record of any attempts. Now claim they are waiting for funds to "bounce back" then they will resend. Dawn in Finance seldom answers and always says, "rest assured you will get paid. We are waiting to hear from our bank to see if your wire has bounced back yet." That is a stall tactic and a lie. They do not pay and will lie their way through hoping you will just give up. I wonder if they may be skimming the funds themselves then claiming it is the bank's fault. I consider them to be highly unethical. I will never see that money. Be smart and DO NOT play there; you will never "win."

I still have not received my funds. Am told they are atoo waiting for the funds to " bounce back." My win was April 16; they did attempt to send to the bank at that time but the bank did not accept international wires. So the bank sent wire back. On May 2, I opened a new bank account that accepted international wires, filled in new fax forms, emailed my accoumt manager, Emily, and Dawn Fox in Finance...all confirmed. On May 16th received email from Dawn that original funds had been returned and they sent my 1500 to the new account that day (have all emails). Never received. Called new bank---no wire attempts made. Have sent at least 25 inquiries to them. They keep saying that as soon as funds "bounce" they will resend. What??? Bounce from where??? Mars??! The funds would not bounce from new account; they accept international wires. We are now at 45 days since those funds were supposedly resent. Now they ignore me. I do not expect it
to be resolved. They must be cash strapped or cooking the books to their owners.

I am pleased to inform you that Gold VIP Club has paid me my $1,500. They were sending in the wrong bank information.
