No Payment from Club World Casino
It has been 1 month since requesting my ACH withdrawal from Club World Casino. It was finally approved on May 31, 2011. Have been given various dates that I should receive the payment in my bank account. Not received on the dates given. The last email from the casino cashier said "any day", that was a week ago.
Still no payment.
What is up with this casino. If they can't pay via ACH they surely can issue a check by courier as EH group does with no problem and it is very fast.
Hi there, sorry for the delay with your ACH. THis is down to the processor that we were using. The funds are on the way to you, however we are unable to do anything to help speed up this payment as it's with the 3rd party processor.
As a result, we have found a new ACH processor that turns these transactions round in 3 to 5 days. All future transactions will take place with this new processor.
For those players still waiting, unfortunately it is a case of hanging tight and accepting our apologies, as this is an unforeseen circumstance to which we have no control over.
I am aware of players who's funds were sent around the same time as yours who have (today 21st June) received their cashouts. Hopefully you will have also received yours?
Since we didn't hear from submitter of this complaint even after sending few email reminders, we decided to consider this case as resolved.
