Planet 7 Casino - No payment and no communication

I have been trying for two months now to get paid. Was told due to a check issue I had to sign up for a prepaid card. Did that. Took over a month to get my first payment after I got the card. Have not received anything since! Email and chat at least twice a week and it takes 2 WEEKS to get a response from email. If I get a response at all. And all I get on the chat is another email to use to find out the status.

Never have this problem with other casinos. Just want to get paid what I won!

I have been contacted by the finance department at Planet 7 and things are progressing nicely. Thank you Tawni for getting the ball rolling on this!
