Submitted Wire withdraw on 9/23/2016 amount of 2500.
have not heard a thing about withdraw plan from anyone.
chatted to representative from website, no clear answer and
he doesn't know when he gonna approve withdraw and pay.
happened couple of times but it happened again.

I'm so very sorry both for the delays you've experienced with this, as well as my slow reply.

The good news is that I've checked on your withdrawal and I do see that the wire has already been initiated and I would expect you'll see this reflected in your account, early next week--if not sooner.
