I have received 5 emails stating check is being processed and will be in the mail within 7 - 10 days for two months now. This casino is sad. I have talked to other people with similar complaints, apparently they ignore all US payouts unless you are lucky enough to have a site like yours to intervene. I cannot believe they are not back on your rogue list. They bombard us with emails almost everyday to deposit more money. As they say, trick me once......Please help me get my money.

I'm terribly sorry for the delays and frustration you've experienced.

Tawni has sent me 4-5 emails over the past two/three months, starting back in the beginning of March the check will be arriving within 7-10 days once it was approved. So if I hear that once more I am goinf to explode. How many times can one tell the same lie. The withdrawal was approved back on March 14th! Tawni said she was going to look into this on Monday, what happen did she forget again or is this the same line of ........... I've been getting for almost 3 months now. Again, thank you for any help in getting what is mine from these people.

I'm sorry, but you must have me confused with someone else, as I rarely email any player. My role is strictly to respond to issues being reported publicly.

Yes, I did state I would be back Monday, but unfortunately things got away from me, so I apologize for this. The good news in this is that I tend to get things done in the most expeditious way possible.

I've looked into your payment and I could see it was still in the processors hands and it certainly should have gone off sooner. To that end, I asked that this go to the top of the list and I can see that the payment did finally go off. I would expect the tracking to be in tomorrow or Monday at the latest.

I give you my word I'm going to be watching for this tracking and I'll be back the moment it rolls across my desk.

Thank you AskGamblers and Planet 7 for resolving this matter. It is too bad it took 3 months, but that is better than never. I have a new withdrawal at Planet 7 now, let's hope it goes much more smoothly that the last. Thank you also Tawni for your help.
