888 Casino - No payment after 10 days

I requested a withdrawal 10 days ago on the 24th. I submitted my drivers licence and debit card for verification. My withdrawal went from awaiting to process to in process then back to awaiting process a couple of days layer where it has remained. Each time i login to check it prompts me to reverse the pending withdrawal.
I have made numerous emails and atleast 3 phone calls. On saturday i was told to expect my winnings in monday. Last night i rang again and the representative said he would have to email me to let me know what was going on. The email came through saying transactions would email me within 72 hours.

Obviously i am getting very tired of this waiting and people passing the buck and giving me no straight answers as to when i will revieve my funds. Please help

Recieved an email to respond to this thread as to whether the issue has been resolved. Yes the issue has been resolved and i am waiting for the cheque to clear on Monday. Then the issue will 100% be sorted. Thankyou all.

I am abdolutely fuming. The cheque cleared this morning, i spent 250 pounds then the cheque was returned. I am now -250 in my account and being charged daily for this. What us going on 888 i want this issue resolved today? Money sent to another account? A cheque that works? Anyway possible.

I recieved a vauge email with no information regarding my new cheque arrival time. I spoke to a representative of yours yesterday who confirmed my cheque would be ready to post within 48 hours and arrive within 1-2 days. Can u confirm this to be true please???

So i have received an emIl saying YES the representative has told me absolute rubbish. This is unacceptable and I now think 888 are doing everything to not pay me?

AskGamblers can i have your imput and advice on the matter?

I have asked 888 to pay me in a dofferent way to my account or a new different account however that question is reperatedly ignored and unanswered.

Truly awful experience.
