Royal Vegas Casino - No one knows what is going on with my documents

Hi there,

I have sent my documents to be verified via email so that I can withdraw some of my winnings. My problem is that they do not seem to have received my emails. I sent several emails to [email protected] but got no reply or confirmation. When sent to [email protected], I got a reply saying that my documents have been received and sent to the relevant party. The next day [email protected] sends me an email asking for my documents to be verified.

I asked a live chat person to please check the [email protected] to see if he received my emails he said wait while he checks. And 5 mins later says no. There is nothing from me there. I send an email again on the spot and ask him to do so again and same outcome.

So what is going on? I have received no emails or explanation to why this this happening. If something is wrong I should be informed. This is not very pleasant.
