I've have tried to contact everyone through every contact system they have I've sent numerous emails made a ton of phone calls and sat and waited for live chat and still no one answers but when you don't have no payout coming to you, you can get anybody and everybody so they have to screen the calls so they can avoid from helping you get matter resolved. I have received payouts from them but every time it gets a little longer. I've spoken with VIP department and for 3 weeks now someone has told me that they where gonna go ahead and push payment through and still nothing. My last attempt I've sent emails to every department they had and explained my situation but still no one has emailed me called me or nothing.

I'm terribly sorry for the delays you've experienced with this.

I've reviewed your account and I do see that your wire has already been sent off to processing. I would expect you'll see the funds reflected in your account by mid-week, next week.

Resolved on planet 7 there a little slow paying but will pay
