I completed the playthough for a no deposit bonus and am due $100. I applied for withdrawal 3-16 and was approved 3-31. A very long time, but acceptable. It is now 4-27 and nothing has been done. I have been told it would be sent right out and I have not even got a tracking number. I was told my case was "escalated" for two weeks but this is all the agents on chat do for me. No further steps are taken for me. I has been almost two months and I have no sign of any money.

I contacted support after this message was received. They did not have any tracking information on file and could not even tell me if my check was in the mail. This is some of the worst customer service I have ever witnessed.

It is now past 10:30... still no sign of a delivery. Just as expected.

Delivery arrived late. Check is cashed. This case can be closed. 31 days to receive a check is absurd. Great promotion, absolutely horrendous service.
