7Regal Casino - No deposit bonus - not given

Hello fellow gamblers!

I'll try to be as short as possible.

Basically, today I saw an opportunity to use no deposit bonus that's offered here on askgamblers.com for 7regal casino. I've decided to give it a go, created an account within minutes and used bonus code correctly. After I did that, small pop-up notified me that I need to use funds in next 1 hour or I will lose the bonus.

So, I decided to download the software and start playing, but guess what - I couldn't login to my account. I found that wierd, but still tried reset my password just to check if system "recognizes" my username and email. I managed to reset my password, but I couldn't login to my account because it was "LOCKED"!!!?? All that happened within 10 minutes of registration. At 6:04PM, 10 minutes after I got registration confirmation email, I've contacted Support via email (cause you can't contact them live if you are not logged), and told them that my account is locked. They replied to me at 7PM, with an reply that my account is reset, and that I can login now with a new temporary password. I managed to finally login to my account just to find that there's no bonus waiting for me.

I decided to contact live support, and guess what #2 - live support tells me that I can't use bonus cause bonus now expired.

It's really funny how I got access to my account right after my bonus expired, and how my account was locked for no reason.

I know we no deposit freeloaders are not important, but why do you even offer no deposit bonus if you are going to pull this ****?
