hi i have an outstanding withdrawal 500 sterling

and have been asked to supply id etc to verify my account.

i have had no contact responded to i jave tried phoning 5 times i have been on hold for an hour and is ridiculous no emails get responed to its unbelievable

documents sent a few days ago now and just being ignored.
