Euromoon Casino - No communication, no payment

Hello i was playing casino 3 days ago and i win large sum of 5 thousend euro . I use deposit and did all wager for terms and condition and i always ask on chat if all is okay and the guy on chat says YES now you can withdraw the money ..... I ask also did all is oke with my game and he says yes ... than i did my withrow ....After so many chat i was told that i did not play fair and thy will not pay me i really dont understand this because i ask all the time when i was playing and thy says all is good ..... Now thy have to pay me my money and i get this answered ... thy ask me for my documents and thy dont even reply if thy are good or no .... i send several email to them but again dont hear anything ..... I believe this casino will pay me my money because i play right and if not thy shut tell me that and not make me to play and play and when is come to thy have to pay than thy always find way to dont pay the money ... but maybe i am wrong and i will get my money i hope so please leave this complain open because i am really feel so sad thy not answering my emails and i am scared thy will not paid me.

Please ask gamblers help me resolve this issue

I got email today that i didnt play in their term and condition ..... when i read complain before about 5 thousend euro it was the same ..... when you deposit money and play is all good but when you win you will never get payd .. i was asking 50 times on their chat room when i was playing if all is right thy say yes and i will get my money in 5 days which never happoened thy cancell my wining and put me back in my account 100 euro this is really something .... and when i was in chat room i got this reply

Me: Rachel: if you cancel it you can keep playing ... if you continue with withdraw they will take it away


thats what rachel told me i will never get payd i am not new in casino and i know how to play thats why i ask so many times in chat room if all is acording term and condition and thy say YES and thy told me i will get my money but thy took everything

please ask gamblers help me to get my winings becouse this money i wanna use for my therapie i am very sick plus this what thy do with me is make me very depresed that i had to see doctor

I hope all gamblers will read this and be aware about this casino becouse if thy win thy will never get winning

On speaking to them in chat, I am told that i am only allowed to bet a maximum of 30% of what I deposited- otherwise it is classed as irregular gambling. Therefore, when I deposited 20 euros, the largest bet I was allowed to make was 6 euros. However, I apparently was making single bets of 15 euros.
I have never ever had this before on an online casino and I have been playing very regularly for about 10 years. This is a first for me!!
If I am not allowed to bet over 30% of my deposit, why do their system allow us to do it?
To only get my last deposit of 20 euros back also, pure fraudulent scammers!

The chat help is useless - "max" - is very abrupt and rude. They can't really give you many answers about anything - kept telling they are passing it on to the relevant department, please avoid this casino

Still didnt hear nothing from them well i thing i will never see my money anymore but i wanna just tell all people who are gambling with this casino to run away from them becouse thy will never get payd

This case has been reopened upon Euromoon Casino request.

Dear @pokec111,

Our Complaints Team has been provided with an evidence that you breached Term #12 from Euromoon Casino General Bonus Terms and Conditions while playing with bonus funds:

"...
Euromoon Casino reserves the right to withhold any withdrawals and/or confiscate all winnings and Bonuses for irregular play. "Irregular play" may include, inter alia:

Placing single bets equal to or greater than 30% from the value of the Bonus credited to the player account, prior to the wager requirement for that Bonus having been met.
..."

Based on the above, we consider your claims as unjustified and this case is now closed in casino's favor.

The complaint is now officially closed.
