TLCBET Casino - No communication, unable to login and get access to my account balance

Hi

Opened an account on Friday and have since deposited with no issues 3 times.

I voluntarily sent verification documents and got emails straight away that these were being looked into.

Yesterday I could no longer log into my account. Firstly it said my account was closed and then it said I was self excluded - can't remember self excluding from this site.

But more worrying I don't know what's going on. I have some winnings but can't access my account. All emails have been ignored and if I use live chat I get through to a person but get completely ignored.

Please keep open for now until the refund hits my account.

But issue looks to be resolved - however communications at the start were poor.
