I deposited $20 US using the coupon code 'LETSROCK' which I beleive should have given me a 150% match bonus but I received nothing. Live chat was (and still is) unavailable 24 hours later & I have had no reply to my email sent to support.

Please note that the reason you have not been credited the bonus automatically upon the deposit is that 1) the minimum deposit amount in order to qualify for this bonus is an equivalent amount to €20 and your deposit was a little below that and 2) you have not entered the bonus code.
However, as a good will gesture we have retroactively credited you the bonus and it is now waiting in your account.
