No Bonus Coupons at Slots Jungle Casino

I wont $960 in March 2012 and $1500 in April 2012. Although the payouts were slow, and in increments, I eventually received all that I won. Now, the casino says that I cannot use bonus coupons anymore. They give no reason except to say that management has made this decision. I would like to know why. Is this my punishment for winning? I don't get it. Can someone help here?

Hello ftocci,
thank you for contacting us on this issue.
as always we try and help in situations when a player feel that the casino didn't give him the best service available.
in this case i think Eddie made it pretty clear that the casino has the right to determine which players are entitled to bonuses and backed this up with the Slotsjungle T&C.
I'll see what i can do on this issue but i cant promise that you will have your bonus privileges back, since this is a management decision.

Anybody have any trouble with Mighty Slots? Been waiting 2 months for a $400 cashout. They are slick. First requested May 23 and they tried a few stall tactics before finally telling me they received my paperwork. I write to them via chat every 3 days or so and am told the same thing. They are telling me that they have had many payouts recently and I must wait in line. How do they think anyone would be depositing with them again? I know I won't.

Slots Jungle did the same thing to me...I won and they revoked my ability to use coupons or comps. Very shoddy practice. They want you to use the coupons and give them your money, until you win..then you are cut off....

The same happened to me after I won money at Slotsjungle.
They told me exact the same thing, and I think it´s really BAD, IF/ WHEN
we finally win something why treat the customers like this?

CHANGE THE POLICY; SLOTS JUNGLE!

prism casino did the the same thing to me at slots of vegas. prism is blacklisted and this is just one of the many reasons.
