iNetBet Casino - No answer and no payment

As you know, iNetBet Casino is one of the very few online casinos that don't have a live chat system to communicate in real time with customer.

About cashout, they claim they pay you in the same day you win. I have won 310$. Now they don' t answer any more, so I have to pray them to get back with an answer.
Since the customer agent is not answering, I decided to write few lines here, to see if someone is finally willing to respond.

Hi - you were emailed when your withdrawal was denied with the reason for this.
There are no outstanding unanswered emails from you.
We cannot process your withdrawal as you are some way short on the wagering requirements of the bonus you claimed
Once these have been met you can make a withdrawal.
