Karamba Casino - Never received the bonus and the staff was incredible rude!!!

I have opened an account with them because they said the give away free spins. i have deposited few times, never did. so i contacted them on live chat. this guy would reply back to me every 15 minutes!!!! And at some point, when i asked him why taking so long and he should deal with my problem ,he said to me ,,Whatever..''. The week after, i receive an email from the , saying deposit £100 ponds and get 100 free spins. never did .... contacted live chat again...same story. very, very rude!!!!
