I have been in constant contact with Slots Of Vegas and everytime I get the same response everytime!!! The timeframe for their whole withdrawal process has expired and I'm still waiting for a check thats probably not going to arrive. SOV is a scam/rogue casino. Why are deposits made instantly and payouts made .. never... I want my check!!

I'm terribly sorry for the delays and frustrations you've experienced with this.

To answer your last statement, when dealing with US players, processing is quite complicated. Inbound processing is handled by a separate group of processors than the outbound processing. Unfortunately, there are just not enough processors available to handle the sort of volume we're experiencing currently. We're always searching out new processing solutions, so I'm hopeful our pace will pick up on that end.

Regarding your payment, I've looked into your account and I do see it's been sent off. I would expect to see tracking on this before the end of the week--generally the day after tracking comes in, the payment is delivered.

As soon as I have your tracking information, I'll be back with those details. ;-)

Thank you Tawni for you assistance. However, upon depositing the check at my local bank, I was told the bank would have to do a collection, which would take months. I'm not guaranteed that the foreign check will be cleared. Any advice on what I should do?

Hi jedwidit--

I'm guessing you're banking with a smaller bank or credit union--generally players using larger banks (i.e. B of A, Citi, Chase, etc.) have no trouble depositing Canadian checks.

I'll ask one of our Escalations Managers to contact you to sort out an alternative and I'll continue to monitor things for you.

I'm banking with BofA. I was told I would have to wait 2-4weeks until I'd actually see any funds from the check. But, please do contact me regarding this issue, it'd be greatly appreciated.
