NetBet Casino - Refusing to pay

Dear Mr/Mrs,

On the 30th of september i played a netbet reload and eventually i withdrew 1067 eurls. I was asked to send in my documents and i sent them directly. Since then i've contacted them about 20 times in the livechat and i've send them many emails. But i still didnt receive the money. Meanwhile it's more than one month later. Can you please help me to solve this issue?
