NetBet Casino - Wanting far too much information from me and still withholding my money

I made a sports bet on NETBET and i won only £10 and want to withdraw my stake plus £10 which equals to only £30.

So far i have sent my bank card - front and back copies

my birth cert

my passport

my bank statements

a utility bill

marriage cert

savings account statement

what on earth more do they need... blood for £30!!!

honestly i am so worried about fraud now, someone can completely copy my identity and this worries me

what is wrong with this company? never again will i use NETBET
