NetBet Casino - Blocked account access upon win!

Put a stake down only at 1.74 odds. Got small a win and tried to log in to make a withdrawal and place a further bet. Betnet have suspended the account due to not having a correct phone number or email. Does this happen whenever betnet have to make a payout? As Tara's I knows they have these correct details.

Emailed customer service no reply and no one has been available for chat since yesterday. Is this what always happens when someone gets a win?

P.s. glad to see some people have had a successful resolution with betnet!

Turns out betnet canceled my deposit and bet without informing me. Good enough they have agreed to credit my winnings when I redeposit the deposit that they rejected.

Unfortunately I am unable to deposit on the site from my account (And I have checked with a friend, theirs is working). This has been several days I am waiting to be in the position I should have been. I.e. with deposit, winnings and welcome bonus to use as promised on the phone. You already have my card and ID, I am not happy sending you anything else until I want to withdraw.

When will this be sorted I was hoping to place some bets on the premiership games today/tomorrow?

It's looking as if my account is nearly sorted, I've been able to deposit and stake which I was not able to do prior to today. The individual on the phone was EXTREMLEY helpful! He was polite and productive even going to the effort of ringing me back when promised.

I have had the initial deposit now accepted and therefore the bonus added; so as soon as the initial winnings are credited as promised (I was told that this will be done shortly) I shall post on here to end the mediation.

Given the progress we have made today I don't expect this shall take long to do, I am for the first time hopeful this will be sorted! Thank you again to the individual on NetBet phoneline and I shall update you when case can hopefully be closed. =]

If only it was that easy....

My account seems sorted now, however I asked for a withdrawal severral days ago and I was requested to provide ID and a copy of the card. I did that straight away. Now after further delay they want copies of bank statements, I am not sure I feel happy sending so much personal information to this company, even with bits blanked out as they have suggested. Surely ID and deposit card is all that netbet should need copies of?
