Documents sent (ID and credit card)
23.06 I received a notice in the email that my account permanently blocked

I have personally reviewed your case and didn't consider that your account should have been blocked.

Therefore your winnings will be credited onto your player account and will be available for you. Your account will also be reopened.

Please note though that the deposits that have been refunded already will be deducted from the amount won.
