NetBet Casino - Withdrawal problem, again!

i have been using casino netbet for almost more than a year.
İ had withdraw money via wire transfer and also back to credit card several times. At first they have asked for bank account statement and details which i have sent and accepted and i did withdraw money after that.

Now they are again asking the bank statement. Which i dont understand the reason. And yes at first today i have send word document after i have sent the original one again this day.
Few minutes ago on the live chat a lady named monica told me that its not original. I said its the same one i have sent before. And also in the webpage of the casino on my account all my bank account details has been recorded by them according to one that i have sent months ago are true. (which proves that i have sent the documents before) its the same euro account of myself.
After that same lady told me that iban account number is not matching. I compare them between the document i send and the one they have recorded on their webpage and yes they are same.
Now they are telling me they have forwarded my problem to finance deparment.

I dont understand even i had did maybe more than 3-4 times withdrawal and last one before than this, was in june they did not ask me for anyhting.
The amount for the withdraw is 7*** euro and i am still waiting for it to proceed.

i recieved this mail last night. I hope now on it will proceed as what they say.
