Mybet Casino not letting my bet or access my balance

i signed up 2 months ago,

deposited money from a joint bank in mine an my wifes name.

sent in all documents they asked for

my license

her license

credit card

bank statement

and 3 weeks later still nothing.

cant bet cant withdraw. cant do anything. emails go unreplied

The user opened two accounts with mybet. The first one was opened on 26.01.2013 and it was closed on players request on 5.5.2013. The second account was opened on 2.5.2013 and the same credit card was used as in the first account, different user details.  This was spotted during the verification process as the player requested an withdrawal and this is when this case made a journey through several departments. As per the payment department the account was supposed to be closed and the winnings void as per our Terms and Conditions since we only allow one account per player. This case was then further reviewed as to what the reason was for the closure and if there is any other bonus abusive or fraudulent activity. At the end the decision was taken to make an exception, proceed with the withdrawal and inform the player not to open any new accounts.
