I've made withdrawal of 750 euro, first the status was "pending" for to long and when it was finaly "succesfull"(after needed docu was sent trough), i've waited couple days (more the whats needed to proces a banktransfer) before contacting support, i have called and sent severall mails but they don't answer anymore (on website they claim to answer within 24h via mail and in the beginning they did but now i get nothing! no respons so please fix this;

We have had a Password log on problem for the past 36 hrs and Ask Gamblers can confirm this...as soon as the director who looks after payments is back late today we will get back to you on the status or your payment

My Director just advised me that the player forgot to forward a utility bill or mobile phone bill showing both their name and address so we could confirm the player's ID .....player was just sent an email on this matter and they will be paid out as soon we receive the ID

Hi, Just had a look at my bankaccount and the 750euro that they promissed to deposit is still NOT in my bankaccount...what does it take for online casinos to just be honest and pay out people that have won? when u deposit to casino there never seems to be any problems untill u want to withdrawal!

Wire was sent to you late Friday afternoon by our director of player payments but the wire may not have been physically sent to you from our bank until yesterday. Please give the wire 2-3 days to reach your bank account from yesterday date June 16th.

I can 100% assure you the wire was sent there absolutely NO upside for us to state here on public forum that the wire has been sent if it has not been sent ... plus we have had 3-4 follow ups direct from Ask Gamblers on your postings and we sure do not want to lose a very valuable affiliate as AG by telling them that the wire has been sent but it was not.

We have to physically request a copy of the wire be sent to us and we have show up in person at the bank to request this and trust me i find this as hard to believe as you do but it is the truth and we will be doing this on Monday.

The director of our payment dept has to do this request in person and he is on his way back today from funeral so he was unable to visit the bank in person today.

In the mean time if you receive the wire today or on Monday please post a reply here.

hi, mastah here. Wonder what excuse they''ll have now beceause my money STILL isn'''t in my bankaccount!!! I''m getting seriously sick of this shit!! so i ask to askgamblers, can u fix this please, this is going on for to long don't u think? panther casino keeps giving lame-ass excuses why the transfer didnt come trough and i'm sick of it!!
