my approved withdrawel winnings

I requested a withdrawel of $930.00 in January, on January 24, 2011 it was approved for $930.00 and supposedly would be sent out in 7 days---still waiting, have called the casino several times with no help so where is my check? Dianne

Hi Dianne,

Our payouts are 7 – 10 business days to approve and 7 – 10 business days following to process a total of 14 – 20 business days total to receive your payout.

Please email me your user ID and I can see what the problem is.

Yes i think we just need to be patiant in this case.They do have the time stated in the witdraw email comformation letter from coolcat.I wouldent worry to much on this one.:)

..been trough this before. Did you use a chip or % coupon maybe more details may help.
