Parklane Casino - Unfairly confiscated 40,000 Euro of legitimate winnings

I have over a regular period lost tens of thousands of Euros to this casino. Finally built credit up to 40,000 Euros and definately havent broken any rules, such as the rediculous 30% of bonus rule etc.
I tried to withdraw just 2,000 after their so called VIP rep Katie phoned me to say they couldnt do a larger amount as "they had payout issues and could not DO more than 2k". So waited ages for 2k then got message saying there was "irregular betting patterns" and couldnt pay out plus they stole my 40,000 Euros and credit now just 100 Euros!!
I havent broken any rule, we all know they have cheated me and expect me just to go away (wont happen).
Obviously tried lots of times to speak to them but guess what, thet ignore all contact.

Following my numerous complaints a Park Lane Casino rep replied with the most outragious innacurate reasons (for not paying) I have ever seen.
This casino have cheated me out of 40,000 Euros as I now understand is their normal practise.
I am lucky to have resource to hit them in terms of licence and software agreements so I will step up action and report their theft on every single site we can find.
I can live without payment, I still do not understand casinos who cheat and think they have won. If I had been paid out fairly I would have easily lost 5 times that amount. Now of course not only will I never use that casino or any connected one, I will also never stop warning gamers of their cons.

Unfortunately, Parklane Casino didn't provide the necessary information to AskGamblers Complaints Team so that the complaint could be adequately reviewed and decided. Obviously, we have no other option but to close the complaint as Unresolved and recommend a player to forward their issue directly in front of the relevant regulatory body responsible for Parklane Casino. As soon as AskGamblers Complaints Team is being notified about the regulator's final decision on the case, we will comply and mark this complaint accordingly.
