Mr Ringo Casino - After 4 weeks, still no sign from my withdrawals

Hi,

I deposited in the Mr Ringo Casino 100 Euro on May the 25th/26th and won a bit.
So i withdraw an amount of 250 Euro the same day. After that i send them the verification documents and and i thought everything is okay.
So i deposit from the 28th of May to the 13th of June a total of 210 Euro. I also won many times an all in all a withdrawal another 900 Euro.

On one day i asked the Chat Support the first time if there is a Problem, because I couldnt see the Withdrawal in my Transactions. So they told me, that the withdrawal i can only see them, when the transactions is done. on the 12 June i could see the transaction, but till today nothing of the withdrawal is on my Bank Account. My first withdrawal was 4 weeks ago now. The Chat Support told me, that thre is a Problem with my Bank and that they will send me an E-Mail. But they didn't.
Also they told me that The Financial Department will write me an email. But i also didnt get an E-Mail from them.

I'm a little bit nervous and i hope that you can help me.
