Palace of Chance Casino - Payment delayed for well over a month now

A withdrawal request for $750 was made on the 20th Nov 2015, it was approved on the 1st Dec. Since then I have made numerous emails and conversations via their chat. I am starting to get suspicious that they are deliberately delaying sending payment to the processor. They have requested bank wire details three times of which I have sent, they even suggested that bank wire may not have been an option available, although this has now been confirmed as OK, but again I feel this is just a delaying tactic and seems to follow others experiences. What I don't understand is that they receive our money immediately but take well over a month to pay you back if you are lucky enough to win something. All I seem to get is that due to the holidays things have been delayed, yet we have yet to start the holiday period! Please help

I was informed that on the 22nd Dec my payment was passed to the processor. They have informed me that it takes 10 business days to reach my account but this can take longer on some occasions. I await to pass judgement until monies arrive in my bank!

As mentioned in my second post, I was informed on the 22nd Dec payment is now with the processor, as of today 30th Dec no payment has reached my bank. The wait continues.

As our Escalations Manager has already informed you, your payment was indeed sent off to our processors. Ordinarily, it can take up to ten business days for you to receive your funds, however with the holidays there could possibly be a slight delay.

I’ll monitor this to ensure things are moving smoothly with your payment.

Ok as of 4th Jan I have not recieved my payment, giving the benefit of the doubt and taking bank holidays into consideration 10 days will be 7th Jan. However lets not forget that my withdrawal request was made on the 20th Nov (7 weeks so far), I have never experienced such slow payout even during holiday periods. I keep my fingers crossed I am paid this week, I will of course inform the forum as soon as this happens.

Ok it is now 7th Jan and 10 days have passed with no payment recieved. I spoke to a member of the team yesterday who advised that the processing time is normally between 7 to 10 business days. However I have now been informed that due to the holidays some people have had to wait 15 to 20 business days!!! Yet another delay, it goes on and on! I still have concerns I will actually get my money at this stage. Not impressed at all as I was informed that payment would be recieved by the end of Dec!!!

Please be informed I have now recieved my money. 20th Nov to 11th Jan a very long wait for a withdrawal.
