Rich Casino - Requested 7000 euro withdrawal on 17th, received only 500 so far!

Dear Ask Gamblers,

I won more than 7.000€ in the 16th december. I accepted when they said me Only 500 I will can witdrawal per week. Not up to 1.000€ as his T&C says: VIP Bronze level Members have up to a €1.000 maximum weekly withdrawal limit;
500 is the maximum, and I accepted this but now the issue is:
In the attached file you can see how in 17th i received the first 500EUR and in the 25th (8 days later) 500 was declined. In the second file the Chat Liver said me on 29th december that now my account is under revision and may take 10 bussines days.
I already was verified and I talked a lot with them by phone, by mail,, they know me.
Just with this i Want to stating constancy about my account and about my winnings and ask if I should to be calm and I will receive my winnings or not.
I sent them an email with bad words and saying i will report them to the authorities if they dont pay me this week the next 500eur because i think they act with bad faith. I regret the email but is what i think

We would like to inform mr. Reyes that the verification process is a standard check that all accounts will go through at a certain point after registration.

This consists of Management selecting a few random accounts with pending withdrawals, in order to review the paperwork that has been received from them, to make sure it is complete and legible, that the account information matches the paperwork and to review the account game sessions.

This is a random procedure and there is no pre-determined selection process, meaning that there is no way to anticipate beforehand which accounts will be reviewed. Please bare in mind that this procedure may be repeated more than once a year and depends significantly on the security level set by our Risk and Security Department, the type of game played and if any suspicious pattern of play is detected.
Therefore, every customer who requests a payout will be subject to this process at some point or another, even if they have all the corresponding requirements for a payout in order.

Once the verification process has been started, the funds are returned to your account and you are free to request a new payout at your own discretion.

This procedure enables our Security and Management departments to avoid any abuse of our system, identity theft and ensure that all the information under the player profile is legitimate and that all requirements for requesting subsequent payouts have been fulfilled.

While being subject to this verification, all payout requests are automatically declined for the incoming week, which means you can submit another payout request after one week has passed.

1º MAX. 500EUR per week (your T&C says UP to 1.000eurr, not 500 max.)
2º +10 more days for another random verification (every request of withdrawal, im sure)
3º + 1 week more after the random verification had passed
4º +72 hours to approve the withdrawal
5º +2-15 days to receive money in account
4º Let's see what will have the last step to receive some money for you.

Result: more than 30days after you receive a payment to receive another,apparently. (only of 500eur, of course)

You should clarify that in your T&C but I think you only look after your exterior image.
I say this because you don't answer my email but you only needed 15 minutes to "clarify" this complain here.

On 15th I talked with askgamblers about richcasino saying I was wondering if they pay me my winnings 500eur by week like his T&C says (actually it says up to 1.000€) because I read a lot about you and a lot of people complaining.
Askgamblers said me I should wait and we will see. I'm sure now I will never receive my money.

An another information of interest is that I won money in the roullete and my winnings came all for this roulette. The max bet was 500EUR. and now strangely the max bet is 100EUR.

And the last one is the attached file, I feel im playing with marbles and not with my money when I have an error and I wasnt pay in a bet and the live chat say me that, That Im not playing for 2 days..!??????

RichCasino contacted me and nicely told me the money was sent to me.
And i will can see it in 5-10 days in my account.
I would like this case don't be closed until I have the money (5 days remaining).
