BGO Casino - Won £20K at Starburst and now they are giving me the runaround with the payment

Hi I won £20000 on the 23/2/15 on starburst to which when I've tried to withdraw it they ve said committal decision deffered due to the game I was playing paying out usual payment so it's in the hand of the game provider !! I've sent several emails to which I've had no real answers and this last week they haven't replied to any off my emails I would much appreciate your advise and help in this matter to try and get this resolved

Thanks again for your patience. As I explained in my email dated 5th March, we are still waiting back for information from the game provider prior to being able to confirm the withdrawal can be completed. I have been in regular contact with our Operations Manager and I will contact you again at the earliest opportunity. I do truly empathise with your predicament.
