123VegasWin - Money Deducted without consent

To whom it may concern,

I have had $33.34 deducted from my card ending in 7897 on 6th April.

I did not do this and I DO NOT gamble online. I don't want to gamble online, I had nothing to do with the E-Voucher payment which is stated on my bank details of the transaction.

I would like my money to be replaced Immediately, It is currently pending, so could you please cancel the transaction so I can get access to my money. This money was sent to me to help me buy food. I am a disabled pensioner with no money, that would have helped me for the week until pay day, now I have hardly an money as you have taken it.

I will be contacting a lawyer to get legal advice if the transaction is not cancelled immediately. I would hope that tomorrow morning I will have access to the money. It is 7:08pm here now, so I need that money by the morning.

Please make sure no more monies is deducted as It was not me. I don't even know what Casino, or what name was used or even if my email address was used.

Please help. I hope you will notify me immediately.

We have received no emails from you, nor do we have any account set up with your name. We do not take money from cards, only when players actually make their own deposit.

Could you please contact us directly by email, as it seems that you may well be talking about a completely different casino that isn't under our ownership. We will need to know who you are, as well as your email address.

Thanks for responding and letting me know that you were not the one to deduct the funds.

I followed the link and there was a box asking for my email address, so I entered this one, and it said 'Thanks for subscribing' please make sure I am not subscribed.

I am satisfied at this time that this is resolved, but would like confirmation that I am definitely not signed up to anything.

Based on all the information presented over the course of this complaint, AskGamblers Complaints Team reached to the decision that player's claim is not valid and the case will be rejected, player's dispute is not against 123VegasWin Casino.
