hi I would like to make a complaints over finance/ they take agesto respond to emails about documents.when they do reply, they tell you a diff story,been waiting for a week out,

I just want this to be sorted out so I can withdraw the $150 thank you

I had to choose a random casino monarchs wasn't on the list....

Apologies for any delay. Upon checking we just need the following to process your withdrawal, fully accomplished authorization agreement (the lower part should be filled up as you need to emboss the front copy of your card) and a colored scanned utility bill or bank/credit card statement.

Kindly send the soonest, our Finance Team will respond within 24-48 hrs upon receipt of pending documents.

hi sorry from posting this but it takes few hours/days to get back to me, your saying my utility bill isn't accepted...

I told finance that I got nothing else to give I have just got my mobile bill,and 2 others letter with my name and address on,that's it because I live with family.... please reply back thank you

only the Utility bill I need now.... been 2 weeks from tomorrow....

really lame this sorry for swearing,t's only £90 in my currency but every time I contact them they say wait 24/48 hrs and that today but no email or anything. been nearly 1 month now that including documents etc but without them it been 6 days from today please help ask gamblers!!

how long does it does it take to withdraw £90? lol
