Monarchs Online Casino - Refusal to Pay

I made a deposit to this casino about 2 months ago. I started winning and asked if I could make a withdrawal...they said that I had to bet a certain amount of wager. I continued to bet and continued to win until the customer service told me that I had wagered enough. Then I requested a withdrawal again. Then they put me through the verification process which took a few weeks but we got it done. Finally in early May...yes early May they approved my withdrawal. Now they say that it is with a third party processor and are waiting on them. The win was almost $2000 USD. Does anyone know if I will get paid by these guys?

This is a typical response. They say nothing and certainly do not commit to anything. It has been almost two months since I started this process. I will post an update if they ever pay me as promised.

Again typical response. Non-committal and vague. There is always someone else to talk too. I made my initial withdrawal request in early May, 2014.
As of today nobody from the accounts team or the processors have contacted me.

The saga continues...as I have always said I will make a post once they actually pay me. These guys twist everything. It only took them two seconds to accept my credit card and two months and counting to pay me my jackpot. They have every excuse in the book. Now they say more or less than 5 days...my money is on more...anyone want some action...haha

You guys are the nicest people that NEVER pay. You say to contact your Finance Team but never commit to anything. Your latest vague statement says that you will pay in 5ish business days...I guess I will find out if 5ish means 55 or 555 or there will be more BS statements. What does received accordingly mean anyways?

So approaching 60 days for a withdrawal request. Seem reasonable? These guys are really good at apologies but bad at getting payouts to their customers. Not sure if this is a good strategy. They did tell me that it would take 5 business days...which leaves them 2 remaining. Good luck to me!

No I have not received any funds or communications or than in this post stream. They keep saying that they will pay. We are now entering the third month!
