To whom it may concern

I would like to make a complaint as I have been trying to withdraw my winnings on your site since I signed up a few months ago and had no such luck in receiving anything I have won, this is because your banking staff keep rejecting my ID and telling me they need more proof..
I have sent all the ID I was asked for, more than once on numerous occasions and have still not heard back from your site or banking department to tell me what is going on.
Not only that I have made withdrawals amounting upto £280 which was cancelled by yourselves due to me not providing enough identification .. this money was cancelled by yourselves but was never returned to my wintingo account and now I am being told by your team that it was returned and I have spent it?
I have not spent this money and you should know this as you have access to look into my account plus I have a list of all transactions withdrawals etc
I won a further 280 which I had to deposit via my card to win this money in the first place, I wouldnt deposit if I already had cash in my wintingo account there would be no point..
I know I had over 500 in winnings in my wintingo account and now only half of it is still there and the other half has magically disappeared??? really??
I am aware your site is no longer available to uk players and there isnt a massive timescale left to cash out

I would like this sorting asap please as I won the money fair and square

You asked me for an account number the only thing i use to log in is my email address an password for wintingo which is [email protected]...if u look in my inbox u will see the amount of withdraws still pending.... when i email wintingo about my account they say i receved it knowing full well they only paid me alf my payments i feel like it was easy for them to to take my money but dnt want to pay me out
