Adameve Casino - Over $2000 missing from my balance after a software glitch!

I set up and account last night with adameve casino made a deposit as it said to do , i went on this morning played a few diffrenet games , i went on to sultains fortune was playing for a bit and got a few lil wins then a big win my balance was at 2300 and then something happened and it took me back to home log in page so i logged in again went back into resume playing sultains game and my account balance had changed to 300$$ i tried to contact live help and was left with no reply i logged a ticket to be contacted back and even emailed them i have not had any response back and i feel ripped off and feel like was dodgy

Hi thankyou for the email I did hear back from the adameve casino about the account but it was in regards to a question I sent when I opened and made first deposit on the account , I wrote back trying to get information as to what happened with the missing money and asked for them to look into my account and resolve the issue but have not had a response since , every time I go on to the casino it says it's live chat is off line and to email but no one gets back to my emails
